Privacy Policy

WH2L Digital ("WH2L Digital," "we," "us," or "our") operates wh2ldigital.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or purchasing a product, you agree to the practices described here. Effective date: 2026-10-30.

Controller. WH2L Digital is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. MailerLite, Stripe, Resend, and our hosting provider process some of that information on our behalf.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Information you provide directly — your email address when you sign up for the free Cash Flow System ebook or other emails; your name, if you choose to give it; your confirmation that you want those emails; your name, email address, and message when you use the contact form; and your name and billing details when you make a purchase (collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe — see Section 4).
  • Signup source — which form you used (for example the homepage, a category page, or the popup). We store that with your subscriber record so we know which offer you asked for. We do not use it to build an advertising profile.
  • Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics to understand how pages are used. Your email address and other details you type into a form are not sent to Google Analytics. Advertising cookies stay off. A browser sending Global Privacy Control keeps analytics off, including when this browser previously chose Accept.
  • United States. When we recognize a United States visitor, analytics is on unless you opt out, and the cookie banner is not shown. Use Do not sell or share in the footer. That opt-out deletes the Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_) and turns analytics off in this browser. Global Privacy Control does the same, with no banner. We decide the region from a country header when our host sends one, and otherwise from the time zone reported by the browser. If we cannot tell, you are not treated as a United States visitor.
  • Everyone else. Outside the United States, or when the region is unknown, analytics stays off until you accept the cookie banner. Choose Decline on the banner, or open Cookie preferences in the footer and decline.
  • Automatically collected information — standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, gathered through normal web server logs and any analytics tools we may use. Signup and contact-form requests also use the IP address, in server memory only, to slow down repeated attempts. That address is not added to the mailing list and is not written to a database by those forms.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver the digital products you purchase
  • Send order confirmations and download links
  • Send the free Cash Flow System ebook after you confirm your email
  • Send occasional promotions from WH2L Digital, about twice a month, if you opted in
  • Respond to customer support requests and contact-form messages
  • Improve the Site and our product offerings
  • Comply with legal obligations

The contact form emails your message to us. It does not add you to the mailing list. Signup forms are separate and still require the consent checkbox.

3. Email Marketing

Signup forms on the Site ask for an email address and, optionally, your name. They also ask you to check a box agreeing to receive the free Cash Flow System ebook and occasional promotions. We do not add you to the list unless that box is checked.

If you sign up, we use your information for two purposes:

  • The free ebook. To send you the Cash Flow System for Small Businesses.
  • Biweekly promotions. To send occasional product and offer emails from WH2L Digital, about twice a month.

MailerLite is our email processor. MailerLite stores the subscriber record and sends these messages on our behalf. We do not sell your email address. MailerLite's own privacy policy is linked in Section 4.

Double opt-in. After you submit the form, MailerLite sends a confirmation email. You are not subscribed, and the ebook is not sent, until you confirm. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for that message.

Lawful basis. We send the free ebook and the twice-monthly promotions because you consent, by checking the box on the signup form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing. We keep a record of when you consented and which version of the checkbox text you agreed to.

Private download link. The ebook is not posted at a public URL. When you sign up we store a download link in your MailerLite record. The link works for 7 days. Anyone who has the link can download the file until it expires. We cannot turn off one link on its own. Submitting the form again emails a fresh link; the previous link keeps working until its own 7 days are up.

Unsubscribe anytime. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email wh2ldigital@gmail.com and ask to be removed. Unsubscribing stops promotional email. It does not delete order records we are required to keep.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on trusted third parties to operate the Site and fulfill orders. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

  • Stripe — processes all payments. Stripe receives your billing information directly; WH2L Digital does not store full payment card details. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • MailerLite — processes our mailing list. It stores your email address, optional name, and signup source, sends the double opt-in confirmation, delivers the free ebook, and sends the biweekly promotions until you unsubscribe. See MailerLite's Privacy Policy.
  • Resend — sends order emails and contact-form messages. A contact-form message includes the name, email address, and message you typed, so we can reply. See Resend's Privacy Policy.
  • Hosting provider — our hosting infrastructure may log standard technical/server data as part of normal operation.

5. Cookies

United States. Analytics may load without a cookie banner. Google may set _ga and _ga_ (the measurement-id cookie) to recognize this browser and count page visits. Do not sell or share in the footer opts out: those cookies are deleted and analytics turns off. After that, Cookie settings in the footer can turn analytics back on. Global Privacy Control keeps analytics off and does not show a banner. Advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalization stay off. We do not send your email address or form entries to Google.

Other regions. Google Analytics does not load, and no analytics cookie is set, until you click Accept. If we cannot tell your region, you are treated the same way. If you accept, Google may set _ga and _ga_ to recognize this browser and count page visits. Advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalization stay off.

How to withdraw consent. Outside the United States, choose Decline on the banner, or open Cookie preferences in the footer and decline. In the United States, use Do not sell or share in the footer. That choice is stored in this browser and stops further analytics. Global Privacy Control is a Decline and overrides a stored Accept: analytics does not load while that signal is on. The signup popup remembers a dismissal for 14 days, or a completed signup indefinitely, in local storage on this device. That value stays in your browser; it is not sent to MailerLite.

6. Data Retention

We keep your mailing-list record until you unsubscribe. After you unsubscribe, we delete that subscriber record within 30 days. Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax, and other legal obligations. Paid guide and category bundle download links expire 30 days after purchase. The free Cash Flow System link expires 7 days after it is issued. Those links are not stored on our server beyond the signed link itself. Contact-form messages are sent by email and are not written to a database on the Site.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, these rights are provided to you under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at wh2ldigital@gmail.com.

Complaints. Contact WH2L Digital first at wh2ldigital@gmail.com and we will respond. If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. We will tell you which authority applies if you ask.

8. International Data Transfers

WH2L Digital is based in the United States. If you are accessing the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your home country. MailerLite may process subscriber data in the European Union and the United States.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
